INTRODUCTION

We are one of the few residential builders in the State of California, State of Hawaii, and the State of Idaho, licensed as both Architects and General Contractors. This certification allows us to provide professional design and construction services, as a One Stop Resource meeting all of your custom home needs.

Oftentimes the services of architecture and contracting that are needed for a building project, are spread around to multiple firms, licensed in only a single trade. In this instance, it’s difficult for a separate architect and separate general contractor to monitor and integrate at will, the design, engineering and construction planning under one roof. As a result, the project’s budget, schedule and quality requirements, could be compromised, even before the construction has begun. An alternative to this system, is the format created by Barry Shaw & Associates.

Using our dual licensure design-build format, quality, cost and schedule requirements can be monitored and ensured in a consistent, documented manner.
