Mr. Shaw has over 25 years of architecture and
construction experience with projects valued from $100,000 to $80
Million. Mr. Shaw's management responsibilities encompass adherence
to cost, schedule and quality design requirements set forth in the
project's programmatic phase, through construction and occupancy.
He has design and built projects accomplishing new
and major remodel objectives, in multi-state environments throughout
the U.S. His diverse experience with multiple building types
encompasses a wide range of construction materials and methods,
resulting in a value engineered, cost-effective project, built with
quality.
These buildings include: emphasis on
Single Family
Homes (wood framing and steel), free standing Commercial/Retail
(concrete block), Office buildings (light steel framing), Hotels
(poured in-place concrete and structural steel framing), Restaurants
(conventional and engineered component systems), and Multi-Family
Dwellings (wood framing and steel).
He is an experienced team player coordinating
effectively with the Client and their team, project managers,
engineers, subcontractors, superintendents, material suppliers,
consultants, and related public agencies.
