My husband and I were looking for a contractor in santa monica to build a house for us. We were going to be retiring and decided to have a contractor deal with all the headaches for us. When we started looking we met with a man that was a general contractor in santa monica and after talking to him we discovered that he was also an architect in santa monica. We showed him the house we wanted to build and he made some different suggestions and was able to put in the improvement we wanted which was something not one other contractor in santa monica could do for us.
