We talked to the design build firm general contractor and builder in Santa Monica to see where they were at with the design. I think the meeting went well with the general contractor and the builder at the design build firm in Santa Monica. I think that the general contractor and builder from the design build firm in Santa Monica have made a lot of progress with the design. I was not really expecting the meeting to go so well.
