This article is written by a Pacific Palisades Architect, who designed and built a new custom home for himself and his wife in The Palisades in 2000 and resided there for many years. After being in the design and construction industry for over (35) years, I want to provide the opportunity for suggested guidelines for property owners to consider, preface to rebuilding their new home.
