Our Design-Build services provided Architect and General Contractor provisions for a 3,500 square foot custom home.
The site is on a fairway of the Colorado National Golf Course, with a hundred yard open green-belt space and the Rockies as a backdrop. The kitchen, family room, dining room, master bedroom, master bath, downstairs office and junior suite, all enjoy these views. As well, the forty foot long rear deck with semi-circle patio furniture, round firepit, bbq, round table for six with umbrella and solar lights and Trex decking provide the setting for a relaxing and entertainment atmosphere.
The exterior design is Modern Farmhouse architecture, with white horizontal siding and board and batten gables, gray columns and beams, black accent on the gutters and downspouts and natural stone column supports.
Interior finishes include: ¾” thick hardwood floors, plaster walls, marble slab countertops, high-end 50 oz. dense carpet, master suite with sitting area that has a stone surround fireplace, kitchen appliances that include Bosch dishwasher, Jenn-Air double oven and Thermador cook-top and custom lighting with dimmers throughout the home.
The landscape design includes two redwood gardens with organic soil and a self-watering system, Kentucky bluegrass lawn in front and back, earth-tone stamped concrete walkways, twelve valve sprinkler timer and solar night lighting for trees, flowers and the home.
