PROCESS:
Typically, a complimentary initial Architect/Owner email communication, phone call, and evaluation of preliminary overall project parameters—such as size/sq. ft. of building, architectural style contemplated, Owner-estimated budget relative to current construction costs, estimate of Architect fees where applicable, preliminary City guidelines for consideration, and timing to start architectural designs—would take place.

If both parties feel a match to proceed, an on-site and/or office meeting could be scheduled. More in-depth discussion of project details, Architect/Owner business functions, and third-party affiliations would entail.
