SANTA MONICA BAY METROPOLITAN OFFICE

Mr. Shaw and his architecture firm were selected from a group of competitor firms, to be the Executive Architect of Record for this metropolitan office project of approximately 7,000 sq. ft.

This law firm was expanding and the new space design was optimized to venerate the prestigious and expansive views of the coastline, beach and Santa Monica Bay. 

Barry personally designed the floor plan meeting the needs of the partners, associates, support staff and adjunct functions (Conference rooms, IT room, Lunch room, etc.). As well, the circulation pattern adjacent to the office spaces was laid out to strategically provide all staff, clients and support people, with enjoyment of the views (especially at sunset hours!). The conference room and long meeting table, was designed in a manner so that people sitting at the table would be able to see this beautiful view as a backdrop, for subliminal levity that may be needed at times.

BSA was proud to again work with the highly sophisticated Architectronix firm who were immensely important to the technical, detailed and very well coordinated proficiencies with the building department. This teamwork, benefited our client’s move-in ability to start their 'official work’, in optimum efficiency.
