Architect Jobsite Drawing
This stair detail drawing was for a new two-story custom home project about 1,000 miles from our Louisville, Colorado office. During the framing stage of the project, our client requested an alternative finish detailing, from the original approved plans. Of course, we accommodated their requests and made a jobsite appointment meeting with them. In this manner they could physically see the current rough-in stair construction status relative to a proposed design for finish work

High Quality Finishes
This Roman Tuscan colonnade served as a permeable spatial separation, primarily between the dining room and horizontal circulation from the Entry into the other spaces of the home. The finish work over this wood structure was first wrapped from bottom to top, with diamond wire mesh and very close 8” o.c. galvanized screws holding it firmly in place.
