We’ve just executed an Agreement with the Board Officer President, as the Architect Of Record/Executive Architect for a commercial project in Arvada, Colorado. The 1.36 acre site is strategically located for access from major Denver, Colorado freeways, transportation hubs and arterial streets.

We will be collaborating with a Project Architect firm in Washington, whom will perform the technical aspects of the process, coordinate with the curators, exhibit personnel, etc.

Designs will commence imminently and the Opening is scheduled for end of 2027. The telecommunications exhibits will span a history of a couple hundred years of communication developments.

This is the second museum project for our Client, with an anticipated third project in another State. Our multi-State licensure will be offered for these expansion plans and possible new 20,000 sq. ft. building project.

Our current professional services will include overseeing: Consultants work (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Energy, Lighting, Acoustical, Interior Design Finishes, Structural, Site Work, etc.), Project Architect’s services with review/comment/updates of plans and specifications, City Planning and Building Department Coordination, Life Safety Plans and Calculations, On-Site Construction Evaluations, etc.
