This Family Room new home design exemplifies Mediterranean influences with an extra wide segmented arch between the Kitchen and Family Room spaces, decorative corbels detail at the counter buffet bar and Venetian Gold granite countertop.

The walls have three coats of plaster with high quality mixtures, velvety troweling and a slight texture to it. 

Delicate designed hanging light fixtures are set at varied levels, to emulate the asymmetrical slope heights of the ceiling. These fixtures are on Lutron dimmers.

The Kitchen cabinets are Alder wood, with a clear-grade finish, Blum hinges and imported cabinet door hardware. A special niche was designed next to the Subzero refrigerator/freezer to fit the oversized microwave, flush with the wall.

The Breakfast Nook is set into a wide Pella bay window alcove, on a Versailles floor tile pattern.

Indoor-Outdoor integration is achieved with expansive glazing from a Pella sliding door system, automatic reset screen doors and 8” champagne finish hardware.

The wood floor is 3/4” thick x 6” wide Hickory Pecan, with three coats of water-based polyurethane crystal clear finish.

Bose speakers are located throughout the home, garage and outdoor areas and on fourteen different channels.
