Architectural Incremental Fee Option
Before committing to all of our architecture services, we offer to provide the first phase (Schematic Designs) of the total design package, for 25% of the total architectural fee.

With these drawings, construction cost estimates can be obtained from general contractors for price evaluations. You’ll now be able to evaluate your project quite clearly in terms of design and cost, along with making adjustments to the designs that may be needed to compensate for budget considerations.
​
If you want to proceed with all of our architectural services, we will credit all of this 25% fee toward the total fee amount.
