Adjunct to elements of custom preferences and in light of the unfortunate fires in Louisville, Superior, Boulder and surrounding areas, we are implementing into the home design fire resistant specifications that are inclusive of:

· Tempered Glass Windows and Doors
· Interior Fire Sprinkler System with Recessed Heads
· Stone Pebble Firewise Surround At Base Of Home
