This home design is 5,085 sq. ft. of two story living space and a 700 sq. ft. three car Garage. Thus the palate of color for the home will revolve around earth tones, with subtle influences of specific color highlights.
The First Floor open floor plan design will consist of a twenty-seven foot long kitchen, with view to the pool and dumbwaiter serving the second floor.
